Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing by email to the conference managers at conference@hammond.com.au. Cancellations received in writing on or before 1st June will be subjected to a refund less 25%. No registration refunds will be made after this date for any reason. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in your organization. Details of tranfers/substitutes must be notified to the registration managers no later than 8th June, 2012. Please note that by completing a registration form, you are accepting the terms and conditions as laid out in the registration brochure and /or the conference website. The cancellation policy will apply whether or not payment has been received.
